The story of Grim and Emma Jean continues.
War is on the horizon.
We’ve come so far.
We’ll have to fight for what we have.
Or die trying.
Possession is book two of The Perversion Trilogy.
(Perversion Trilogy #2)
by T.M. Frazier
Possession is the second book in the Perversion trilogy and before we go any further I have to say, “YES! You need to read the first book in order to understand this one!” So far this series has been one drama-filled situation after the other. It will shock you, leave you breathless, and give you hope that true, intoxicating love does exist, even for the outcasts.
“The broken don’t need to be put back together, they need to be loved for all of their pieces.”
The book opens right where Perversion left off so expect action packed scenes from the start with you as the reader getting the POV of both Emma Jean and Grim. The characters are amazingly well thought out and the plot is addicting and terrifying all at once. We know from Perversion that Emma Jean is in a bad spot and Grim is just the man you can bring her back from the edge of the insanity that she’s fallen into. Both characters are head strong, but they work well together. Their intensity and passion for one another is felt throughout the entire novel.
The plot itself takes you on one wild ride. Just when you think Emma Jean and Grim can start finding their own piece of happiness things come crashing down again and this time…it’s even worse than the last. Since this is the second book of a trilogy be prepared for somewhat of a cliffhanger, but hopefully you’ve come to expect that from Tracey, who is by my opinion…one of the queens of cliffhangers, haha.
Overall, I really enjoyed Possession. It was gritty in only the way Frazier could write, but it had it’s moments of passion and love. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next installment.
