Guilty until proven innocent.
That’s the way the world works, right?
I’m tired of being convicted without evidence, all because my last name is Gable.
The Riscoffs might own this town, but I’m done following their rules.
If only I could forget just how easily Lincoln Riscoff can drag me under his spell.
Guilty as Sin
(The Sin Trilogy #2)
by Meghan March
Meghan March is known for her dramatic plots and cliffhangers and ya’ll, believe me…this series has both! Guilty as Sin is the second installment of the Sin trilogy and you definitely need to read book one before this. It picks up exactly here Richer Than Sin (Sin #1) left off and with that wowza of an ending, I was so eager to finally get my hands on Guilty as Sin.
“Eventually, you are going to realize that there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you.”
When we left Whitney and Lincoln we thought they finally found some common ground but then something very public happened with her dead ex and it sent them reeling all over again. Guilty as Sin continues with past secrets and sins being revealed and it is literally one drama filled situation after the next. It was fast paced and erotically entertaining. Whitney and Lincoln are long lost lovers who have so much baggage between them but the chemistry between them is so strong that they can’t help but fight through it all.
The characters were more developed in this series and I loved how Meghan took to through past and present so we could get the full picture of their lives. With that said I believe there is still more that will come to light in the next book and I’m dying to get my hands on Reveling in Sin.
Overall, I loved this title. With almost every family member biting at the bit and at each other’s throats, the paparazzi swarming from every angle, and Lincoln and Whitney trying to find each other again in the mess that is their lives I couldn’t get enough. I was intrigued, entertained, and completely enthralled in Guilty as Sin. Reveling in Sin is going to be one wild ride; I just know it!!!
