Mark my words—I’ll have her begging for me, and it won’t take ninety days.
On the heels of her smash hit and New York Times bestselling SCREWED series, Kendall Ryan brings you HITCHED, a romantic comedy that delivers heart and heat. A NYC playboy turned business mogul has ninety days to win over the woman he's always desired in order to save his father's company. One tiny problem: She hates his guts.
Kendall Ryan has been a favorite of mine for years. When I’m in need of a quick pick me up I always go to her. She knows the rigth amount of fun-to-serious in her books and her characters are always amazingly well developed.
Noah and Olivia’s families have been friends forever and even work together. So, when their father’s needed them to take over the family business, they were ready…until they realized that they had to be married to do it. I thought that the plot was unique and it kept me entertained. I loved how even in today’s time Ryan brought us back with a pre-arranged marriage. I also loved the banter between Noah and Olivia; it kept me on my toes and laughing for most of the story.
“Why do you call me snowflake?”
“Because you’re just like a snowflake. Beautiful and unique, and with one touch you’ll be wet.”
Listening to Hitched from Teddy Hamilton and Ava Erickson made this book an even better experience. Both narrators brought the story to life and their voices were pleasant to listen to. I’m not sure if I’ve ever listened to Teddy Hamilton so I’m definitely going to have to look up some more books from him.
Overall, if you need a quick read that will still grab your attention as well as your heart, get Hitched. It does have a cliffhanger so be fully prepared to grab the other two in the series as well!
