Synopsis: As the Dating Guy on L.A.’s top morning show, I give the single guy’s perspective on dating, love, and sex—and I give great advice. Everyone’s hooking up…well, except for me. Sure, I can get any woman I want, but I’ve got a “no relationship” clause in my contract and the only woman I want has “relationship” written all over her. Probably stamped on her ass, too. And wouldn’t I like to confirm that.
Unfortunately, she wants nothing to do with me. At all. Something about the next Ice Age might have even come up in her rebuttal. Adorable. Because she’s determined to ignore what one simple kiss proved: she wants me as badly as I want her.
Everything in me is screaming to go after her, but I’ve got a secret that I’m fairly certain will end up with her roasting my nuts over an open fire. So, job on the line? Check. Nuts on the line? Check. Can’t get her out of my head? Nail…meet coffin. But what a way to go…

Holy mother of hotness! This is my first read by Robin Bielman and it did not disappoint! Even the cover is drop dead gorgeous! I finished this book within hours of starting it. I couldn’t help but devour it; I loved everything about this book, and I bascially had a great time reading it. It was light and fun to read. To me, it was a breath of fresh air and it definitely got me out of my reading slump.
The storyline kept me entertained and engaged throughout the entire book. I loved how the author built up the characters’ relationships from start to finish and that it was a very unique plot altogether.
“She’s become my favorite dose of happy, and her blue-eyed innocence gives me a buzz I’ve never felt before.”
The characters together are freakin’ adorable. They fit in their own way and I love that about them. They are somewhat polar opposites and it works for them..sometimes. Most of the time. The chemistry is there throughout the entire novel, but Robin builds it up and up and up and I swear by the time everything amazing happens in the sexy-time department you are ready to combust right along with them. I really don’t read a lot where there is literally a slow build up and the characters have a lot of extensive dialogue and I have to admit….I ate it all up! I loved it.
“When you’re ready to touch my lips… Let me know, and I promise I’ll touch yours back.”
Teague was wholesome and feisty and everything I think may young adults aspire to be. She’s determined to make it on her own and has friends and a family who love her. She had just the right amounts of sass and sweetness to keep me, and Mateo, on our toes and I loved it. She was a character that I could easily connect with and that helped me abosorb myself better into the story.
“She is so damn considerate she must have unicorn in her, because I’ve yet to meet a girl as selfless as she is.”
Mateo seemed like an egomaniac who only bedded women and then forgot about them, but deep down he was so much more. He was actually a really decent guy and I found him very attractive because of it. I love the friendship that blooms Mateo and Teague and the chemistry between them is amazing!!!
Just because I hit it and quit it doesn’t mean I don’t treat my date like she walks on water…
Again, this book was a breath of fresh air for me. I loved every second I spent devouring it!!!
